Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of GRANT May 28, 2025 Marty Baker Harvest Bible Chapel North Indianapolis, Inc. 14550 River Road Carmel, IN 46033 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2025-00077 & 00080 V: Harvest Church Sign Variances Dear Mr. Baker, At the meeting held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property located at 14550 River Road: APPROVED with Conditions : Harvest Church Sign Variances – Development Standards Variance requests: • PZ-2025-00077 V: One (1) sign allowed per street frontage; Four (4) granted (1 existing ground sign, 1 proposed ground sign, 2 proposed wall signs). • PZ-2025-00080 V: Signs not facing any public street right of way not allowed; Two (2) granted (2 wall signs facing north and south). • CONDITION – Petitioner to address all remaining review comments in ProjectDox. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 27, 2028. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
