This addition is made of corrugated plastic of some type, and framed with treated posts which are set into the ground. We talked about the location of this in August 2007, and I pointed out that it crossed the property line and occupies part of our yard. You said the man who built if for you misunderstood where it was to go and you would have it removed in the fall. It is now spring, and nothing has been done to remove this structure. I am sending this letter to establish a legal record indicating that you have been told it is on our property. I am asking you again to have it removed. I also recommend that you check the zoning requirements for placement of the wooden shed. It appears to be built within the easement for the utility company to access the power lines.
