Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section
8, Township 17 North, Range 4 East in Clay Township, Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 47 seconds West (assumed
bearing) on and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter 357.27
feet (plat) 340.77 feet (deed); thence North 00 degrees 21 minutes 05
seconds East 60.00 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of 96th
Street; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 47 seconds East on and along
said right-of-way line and parallel to the South line of the Southeast
Quarter 17.12 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds 14.96
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 00 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds West on and along the West line of said Lot

POINT OF BEGINNING of this excepted parcel which point is on the West
boundary of Gray Road; thence continuing South 00 degrees 21 minutes
10 seconds West 116.76 feet along said boundary; thence South 45
degrees 44 minutes 05 seconds West 69.22 feet along said boundary
to the North boundary of 96th Street; thence North 89 degrees 47
