Indiana Association of Seventh-day Adventists believes that the granting ofa .sp.ecial use
amendment -to: expand the ~xistjng chvrch building at 14535 Carey Roae} is a reasonable
l!se of the property. The congreg,ation that m'eetsat 14535 Carey Road, known as Carmel
Hope Fellowship Church,has stated that it wants to be an integral part of the community,
adding. spiritual and community values to the neighborhood. The, expanded building will
be compatible -with SlJITouruling singk..family homes. Traffic flow will not be impeded
bY' the granting ofthe variance, and all utilities and storm drainage, are in place.
