" Cherry Tree Softball Complex Use of Complex Carmel Clay Schools and Carmel Dad's Club April 25, 2008 CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL CARMEL DAD'S CLUB March through May* Mondav through Fridav 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AM only except 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM approximatelv 5 times per year) June and JuIV* Two summer tournaments, Friday through Monday through Friday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Sunday afternoon 4 to 5 Saturdays 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM September and October 2 nights per week for Fall workouts, no games 3 to 5 Saturdays 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Some game lengths may cause the end time to be later. Currently, Carmel High School hosts one 8-team 2-day tourney and the IHSSA semi-state which is a one night (Friday) event. Attached is the 2007~2008 Schedule for Carmel High School. Representatives from Carmel High School and the Carmel Dad's Club shall meet with the Avian Glen Homeowners Association within the first two weeks each July to address any issues resulting from the use of the subject premises.
