A gravel driveway will be made to go to this house which will be the approved 18 feet tall and stay within all required setbacks. On the property being known as: 10680 Highland Drive Carmel, IN 46280. The application is identified as Docket No. PZ-2025-00092-UV. The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: Acreage 3.00 Section 1, Township 17, Range 3. The petition may be examined on the City’s website, through Public Documents - Laserfiche. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
