Dear BZA members and Mr. Brent Liggitt,
Here is some photo evidence of the events on Sat June 7, 2025 showing that Vivian Cain was
hosting a short term rental at 10470 Roxley Bend, Carmel without having a short term permit
yet. This was on their Airbnb site - the house is not available on June 6 and 7, 2025 and check
in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
These pictures are taken from my property at 10478 Roxley Bend, Carmel. Our driveways are
very close together. Vivian Cain drove away from her home late afternoon on Friday June 6,
2025. Cars with bachelorette party guests with car plates from Illinois arrive Fri June 6, 2025
after check in time and stay through Sunday June 8, 2025 morning by check out time. My
driveway is on the right and theirs is on the left. This photo demonstrates just how close
together our driveways are, esp when my kids are playing basketball in the driveway,
It appears there was a plumbing issue because around 12:30 pm on Sat June 7, 2025 the
plumber arrived and shortly after Vivian returned to the house and parked in the street and
then discussed things with the plumber. Then she drove away, and did not return until the
short term rental guests left on Sunday morning June 8, 2025 at check out time which shows
she had left the premises while these renters moved in.
The short term rental customers were in the back having a bachelorette pool party - here the
renters are getting the next round of drinks, delivered by this delivery man Sat July 7, 2025 at
2:59 pm.
I believe that all of these people could confirm that Vivian Cain rented out 10470 Roxley
Bend, Carmel for short term rental June 6-8,2025 without having the permit yet.
