Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T June 24, 2025 Lisa & Nishant Trivedi 2721 Towne Meadow Drive Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2025-00105 V: Trivedi Lot Coverage Variance Dear Mr. & Mrs. Trivedi: At the meeting held on Monday, June 23 , 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 2721 Towne Meadow Drive. APPROVED: Trivedi Lot Coverage Variance – Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2025-00105 V: Maximum 35% lot coverage allowed; 43% granted. CONDITION: Hamilton County Surveyor’s Office Non-Enforcement of Drainage Easement Approval required. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 23, 2028. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
