SITE TBMs: TBM #1: A CUT SQUARE ON TOP OF THE CONCRETE CURB ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 116th STREET, IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE GRAVEL DRIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE. EL: 832.38 (NAVD 88) TBM #2: A CUT "X" ON TOP OF THE CONCRETE TOP OF THE BRICK HEADWALL OVER CARMEL CREEK, AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE WALL. EL: 830.09 (NAVD 88) NOTES 1.THIS SURVEY REFLECTS ABOVE GROUND INDICATIONS OF UTILITIES AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM UTILITY COMPANIES. CONFLICTS AFTER CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ARE SOLELY THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 3.STORM WATER CONTROLS SHOWN ON THE INITIAL SWPPP (C300) SHOULD BE INSTALLED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL. 4.IF IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RELOCATE EXISTING UTILITIES, THE EXPENSE OF SUCH RELOCATION SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. ALL UTILITY POLES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN ONE FOOT OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY.
