1.ANY ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES MAY BE REQUIRED
IN THE FIELD BY THE INSPECTOR.
2.IF SITE REMAINS INACTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS, THEN
STABILIZATION IS REQUIRED TO TAKE PLACE IN THE FORM OF
TEMPORARY SEEDING, MULCH, OR SPRAY ON POLYMER.
3.CONTRACTOR TO STAY WITHIN CONSTRUCTION LIMITS TO MAINTAIN

APPROVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT.
5.ANY DISCHARGE OF CONTAMINATED WATER DUE TO DEWATERING
SHALL OUTLET THROUGH EXISTING VEGETATION OR FILTER BAGS
THAT WILL NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT STORM WATER QUALITY.

ORIGINATING BENCHMARK:
BENCHMARK ELEVATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WERE DERIVED USING THE
NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY ONLINE POSITIONING USER SERVICE
(O.P.U.S) AND ARE REFERENCED TO THE NAVD '88 DATUM.
SITE TBMs:
TBM #1: A CUT SQUARE ON TOP OF THE CONCRETE CURB ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF 116th STREET, IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE
GRAVEL DRIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE.
EL: 832.38 (NAVD 88)
TBM #2: A CUT "X" ON TOP OF THE CONCRETE TOP OF THE BRICK
HEADWALL OVER CARMEL CREEK, AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
WALL.
