Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence North 89 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East, along the North line of said Quarter Section, a distance of 29.70 feet to the Southwest corner of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 03 East; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East (assumed bearing), along the North line of said Section 1, which follows the South line of said
Section 36, a distance of 333.30 feet to the Northwest corner of the land described in Instrument Number 2024027350 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes 42
seconds West, along the West line of said land, a distance of 59.07 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of 116th/ Street, as depicted on the plans for INDOT Project Number STP-B886 (007), and the POINT OF

recorded in Plat Cabinet 3, Slide 651 in said Recorder's Office; thence with the lines of said plat the following 3 courses and distances: 1) North 00 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 330.00 feet; 2) thence
North 89 degrees 49 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 41.25 feet; 3) thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 600.93 feet to the Point of Beginning, Containing 7.216 acres, more or less.
