size (5.39.C.2) and sign height (5.39.C.4). There are 2 signs that are both double sided. They are 78 inches by 28 inches.
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: Need to update the signage to current Tenants. Signage was
installed by prior owner without city approval. Looking for approval before updating the names listed on the sign.
