River Oaks Community Church would like to be permitted to install a monument sign on
their property. It would be a non-illuminated sign cabinet, 2 sided, with a brick base. It
would be installed in the median of the entrance to the church off of Old Meridian.

pulled this off of the Hamilton County map website and highlighted the River Oaks
campus. The parcel number for tax purposes for the buildings and land for the Ri ver
Oaks Church campus is # 17-09-26-02-03-023.000 for the church. The Keynote parcel
number is # 17-09-25-00-00-020.000. The small piece ofland left by the round-about is
parcel # 17-09-25-00-00-022.000
Amy, if you need anything else please let me know. Mr. Anthony will be traveling in late
