The applicant seeks approval ror a ne,\! wall sign. The site is located at 1320 City Center Dr. and is
zoned B-3/Busincss. Filed by Paul Rei, of Bose McKinney and EV,illS.
The applicant seeks committee approval or a wall sign with internally illuminated channel letters. The
sign is 28.19 feet wide by 371 reet tall, for a tolal sign arc of 104.52 square feet. 105 square feet is
permilled. [t will be a relL black and white sign. Dealer Services will illuminate red at night. The logo,
which is 10.23% of the rotal sign area (25% is pcrmilled), will primarily illuminate white, with the DSC
showing through as recl. Corporation is made llr perforated black vinyl and will show white at night. (The
Petitioner must confirm this.) The wall sign will be oriented south towards City Center Dr. A
unanimous BZA variam:e approval. docket number 08030013 V, was granted on April 28, 2008 for this to
be the second wall sign oricl1ted south.
The Dept. of' Community Services rccommends th~ committee vote to approve tltis item, after all
