Re: Docket No. 07070003 (the rezone), Docket No. 07070004 (the primary plat), and Docket No.
08030003 (the subdivision waiver) known as the 146lh Street and Gray Road Office Complex
Dear Members of the Plan Commission:
We have been in continuing communication with Cesare Turrin of the Woodfield Neighborhood
Association and with Mr. Steven Dauby as a representative of the immediately adjoining
, ' neighbors. While Hearthview remains interested in finding a mutually acceptable resolution to the
aforementioned zoning cases, it is clear from our recent discussions that any potential
compromise can not be reached within the timeframes anticipated by the current schedule before
the Common Council.
Hearthview Residential, LLC ("Petitioner") hereby withdraws Docket No. 07070003 (the rezone),
Docket No. 07070004 (the primary plat), and Docket No 08040003 (the subdivision waiver).
