Good morning, Holly –
After further investigation, it appears the replat was a condition of approval for your BZA variance (see Letter of Grant
attached). Because of this condition, we cannot withdraw your replat application. Please work with a surveyor to obtain
the new plat of your lot with the revised platted front building line. Once this has been submitted and reviewed, a mylar
copy will need to be delivered to City Hall to be approved by the Board of Public Works then taken to the county for
recording. Once recorded, you will be able to finalize your building permit and schedule inspections. Until then, the front
porch is still out of compliance.
