RE: CARMEL CITY CODE--WEEDSIGRASS VIOLATION
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 1002 Fawn View Drive, a property
list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) &
§6-77(k) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (bx1).
(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the
City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that
exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of
debris.
(k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building
materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a
residential area.
The absence of an approved building permits and the failure to commence construction on said
property have prompted the mailing of this notice. Please be advised, if the above referenced
violation is not corrected by January 4, 2007, this matter will be brought into compliance by the
City of Carmel. You, as property owner(s) will be liable and billed for the cost of correcting the
violation and all administrative costs. If you have any questions please contact me at 571-2476.
