Legal Description
A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said
quarter section; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds East 439.67 feet along the east
line of said quarter section; thence South 88 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West 45.39 feet,
parallel with the north line of said quarter section, to a point on the westerly right~of-way line of
Pennsylvania Street as described in Book 4, pages 697 through 70] in the Office of the Recorder
of Hamilton County, Indiana, said point being the southeastern corner of the land described in the
