An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel Zoning Code, §25.05.02, which states: 25.05.02 Trash, garbage and all solid wastes shall not be stored outside of any building for a period of longer than seven (7) days, except when construction is in progress. A recent site inspection revealed that the deterioration of the roof is causing the accumulation of shingles and roofing debris in the yard. Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Zoning Ordinance by May 23, 2008. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specked deadline will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel.
