RE: ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION -TEMPORARY SIGN(S)
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is being provided to inform you that several temporary signs violations have
been documented brought to this department's attention over the past few months. The
signs have advertised for Bekah's Salon and Spa at 12545 Old Meridian Street, in the
City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT
PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, BANNERS, or A -FRAME SIGNAGE,
regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. Please refer
to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance which has
been provided along with this letter for your information.
This letter is informational and shall serve as the first and final warning for these types
of violations. Please discontinue your use of the above -mentioned signage to avoid
further documentation and formal enforcement action from being taken. If you have any
