The signs have advertised for Bekah's Salon and Spa at 12545 Old Meridian Street, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, BANNERS, or A -FRAME SIGNAGE, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. Please refer to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance which has been provided along with this letter for your information. This letter is informational and shall serve as the first and final warning for these types of violations.
