(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. The concern is related to the grass in the rear yard of your property. Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected by June 16, 2008. this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel. Sharp, As block captain, lot 92 on Brook Mill Court, asked me a question regarding a city ordinance in relation to very tall grass behind his property that is no longer being mowed. The property in question is 254 W 136th Street, which may or may riot be owned by C. Wage, listed in the 2006 phone book. Lot 92, on Brook Mill Court, is concerned about coyotes seen and heard in that grass outside his home. Their is also a snake problem with the tall grass. Lot 92's backyard is very small, and the tall grass borders his entire backyard. If there is a city ordinance in relation to this, how does the city see that this is enforced and the grass maintained on a regular basis. Lot 92 has a four year old grand daughter living with him which gives him added incentive to have W. 136th property properly maintained.
