CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFYING EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO REMOVAL WORK. C. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR OF ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING SURFACE, EQUIPMENT, ETC. IN AREAS TO REMAIN. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR PATCHING/REPAIR TO FLOORS, WALLS, ETC. UPON REMOVAL OF ANY FIXTURES, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, WALLS, ETC. F. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING WITH OWNER ANY CONFLICTS BETWEEN CONSTRUCTION HOURS AND CHURCH SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES. G. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR MINIMIZING CONSTRUCTION AREAS EXPOSED TO AND CHURCH SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES. IF AN AREA IS EXPOSED TO AN OCCUPIED AREA, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A SECURE, DUST TIGHT TEMPORARY PARTITION SEPARATING CONSTRUCTION AREAS FROM OCCUPIED SPACE. H. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING EXISTING FIRE RATINGS AND PATHS OF EGRESS FROM EXISTING BUILDING. I.
