They finally mowed their yard a couple weeks ago, but they never cut the grass around their house. I'm concerned about insects and other animals creating their homes in the "jungle" around their house. Since I am a Carmel Police officer and live next door to them, I have gotten several complaints from other neighbors. Since I'm trying to stay neighborly, I don't want to cite them myself.
