Pechous 4220 Rolling Springs Dr. Carmel, Indiana 46033 RE: CARMEL CITY CODE: WEEDS/GRASS — TRASHIRUBBISH VIOLATION Dear Sir/Madam: This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 4220 Rolling Springs Dr., a property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1): (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris; And, Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. Please be advised, these violations need to be corrected by June 19, 2008, or, these matters will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel.
