RE: CARMEL CITY CODE WEEDS/GRASS VIOLATION
Dear Sir or Madam:
This fetter is being provided to inform you that the property at 5379 Rippling Brook Way,
a property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance
No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1).
(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located
within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation
growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall
keep their property clear of debris.
Please be advised, this violation need to be corrected by June 19, 2008, or, this matter
will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel. You, as property owner(s) will be
liable and billed for the cost of correcting the violation(s) and all administrative costs. If
