Subject: Unkempt lawn -Spring Creek Subdivision
Dear Mr. Brennan,
I live at 5368 Ripplingbrook Way and my neighbors at 5362 Ripplingbrook Way have not cut their grass/weeds in
quite a while, it is probably a foot tall. Myself and the neighbor on the other side of him have been either cutting
their front yard grass or he borrows our lawn mowers to do so. He does not have a working mower. The front
yard looks fine because we take care of it, but the back yard is just awful. They have 2 dogs and the dog poop
that is buried out there is unbelievable. I am concerned about the rodents that mess can attract and I am tired of
the smell and how it looks. Is there anything you can do to have the yard maintenance to be done??
Please help, I trust this will be addressed in a confidential mannerN
Thanking you in advance,
Wanda Kijak
