At the meeting held Monday, June 23, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 5847 Rambeau Court.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08050018 V Development Standards Variance for reduction of rear yard setback.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit oftlle Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 23, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained witWn this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
