Dear Mr. Reis:
At the meeting held' Monday, June 23, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 715 W.
Carmel Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08050003 V Development Standards Variance for prohibited sign.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 23, 2009.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the
approval is June 23, 2009.
When, appl}ing for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of tins letter with YOllr application materials in order to assist the Department's review,
