In the event it was not attached to yours, it is attached to this email. The large parcel consists of 3 contiguous parcels: 17-09-32-00-00-01 0.000;(9.85ac.) 17-09-32-00-00-011.000; (13.1 ac.) 17-09~32-00-00-012.000 (9 ac.) and 17-09-32-00-00-009.000 (2.78 ac.). Consistent with the tel111S of the lease purchase agreement with Mrs. Perelman, the Park Board is ready to proceed with its rezone from S-l to P-I. The legal description is enclosed.
