Dear Mr. Cook:
At the meeting held Monday, June 23, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 13100-13155 Old Meridian
Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 08030010 V through 08030012 V, 08050001 V & 08050035 V Development Standards
Variances for retail uses in excess of 50%, height under 28 feet/one occupiable floor, setback of less than 10 feet, site plan
to match adopted plan, and frontages less than 70 feet along right-of-way with the Commitment to remove the vet clinic
within six months of vacation of the building.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid tor one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date ofthe approval is June 23,2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
