Our office represents Petitioner in connection with the above- referenced mat1ers.
This will confirm our various discussions concerning the above-referenced matters,
currently set for hearing on April 28,2008.
This will also confinll our agreement to table these matters from the April 28th hearing
date, to be rescheduled for hearing before the Carmel-Clay Board of Zoning Appeals as a part of
its May, 2008 hearing docket.
Tabling the Petitions will afford Staff and Petitioner the opportunity to meet and further
discuss the proposed project.
