We are preparing a Replat of Blocks E and F of the Village of WestClay Section 3001-C, platting the two blocks into 7
lots. As you may recall, these two blocks contain townhouses with party walls. The construction of the units is far
enough along that we were able to survey the location of the party walls and determine the location of the lot lines
associated with the 7 lots.
Can you please let me know what process we will need to go through in order to get the Replat approved (T AC,
subcommittee, administrative approval) along with a time frame of approval. We are not proposing any improvements
with this Replat, therefore I am not sure there is any value in going to T AC.
Please let me know, we plan on filing this Replat tomorrow for the May 2nd Subcommittee meeting (if needed).
