This is a rezone with nothing planned to occur with the property until passed. Then, the
owner may remodel the building to accommodate offices or retail. Can we be released from a
TAC appearance since we don't have anything to show to TAC anyway except a boundary survey
and some pictures of the existing building? Thanks.

Ok, that clears it up. If we have any comments, they will be made at the time of the
DP/ADLS TAC review.

It is an existing building/house that will be converted into a building, I think. If the
rezone is successful, they will be back to TAC with a dp/adls application.

Angie
I did not receive anything on Docket 07070037 Z. If it is just a pure rezone, then no
plans is ok, as we would not have any issues anyway. I would assume if he gets the rezone
and makes modifications to the site/building, then it will be back to TAC?
