Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter serves to acknowledge the request for rezone. After reviewing the request the
Highway Department has the following comments:
1. Right-of-Way is required in accordance with the Ham ilton County Thoroughfare Plan.
The Right-of-Way is a 55' halt along College Avenue.
2. Please note that Decorative signs, sprinkler systems, trees, landscaping mounds,
fences, light poles or other such amenities are not permitted within the Right-at-Way at
College Avenue.
3. Any work within the Right-of-Way will require permits through this office. Please contact
the Permit Inspector, Robb Chadwell, prior to undertaking any construction.
If you have any questions or comments concerning this letter, please feel free to contact me at

Shows the incorrect docket no. of 07050017 Z, but everything else is correct, regarding the address, the
petitioner, the zoning change, etc. Should the petitioner be required to table their item and re-do public notice,
mailings, and the sign on the property? Please advise.
