After reviewing the request the Highway Department has the following comments: 1. Right-of-Way is required in accordance with the Ham ilton County Thoroughfare Plan. The Right-of-Way is a 55' halt along College Avenue. 2. Please note that Decorative signs, sprinkler systems, trees, landscaping mounds, fences, light poles or other such amenities are not permitted within the Right-at-Way at College Avenue. 3.
