Thank you for meeting with various homeowners and myself on Friday, April 25,2008, to review the proposed softball complex at Cherry Tree Elementary School. Following that meeting, the School Board approved the plan that includes a relocation of the concession/storage facility, an increase in its size (elevations and/or renderings have not been prepared), a new parking area and earth work enclosing an existing drainage detention area to provide additional play space for the school children. A1l'cifthe above work will require permitting, technical advisory committee review and potentially special use amendment because of the nature and scope of the modifications. Please keep me informed of the school's progress through the required pemlitting phase so that I can advise the Avian Glen Homeowners Association. Thank you.
