Commencing at Northwest Comer of said East Half of the West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 20; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 47 seconds East along the west
line of said Half-Half Quarter line a distance of 49.22 feet to the Point of Beginning, said
point also being the southwest corner of tract of land as recorded in Instrument #9958411 in
