Payne Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. 9025 North River Road, Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: Smoky Row Elementary School at 900 West 136th Street Development Standards Variances (V-191-02 through V-193-02) Via US Mail & fax (317/848-0843) Dear Mr. Payne, At the meeting held Monday, January 27, 2003, the Carme1JClay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petitions filed by you on behalf of the CanneVClay School Corporation: APPROVED: Docket No. V-191-02, a petition to vary Section 25.07.02-5(b)(i) in order to establish two (2) Institutional Signs on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-192-02, a petition to vary Section 25.07.02-5(c)(ii) in order to establish a 24-square-foot Changeable Copy Sign on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-193-02, a petition to vary Section 25.07. 02-5 (d) in order to establish a 6' 2" Ground Sign on site. V-191-02 through V-193-02 o o *When applying for Sign Permits for this structure, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one4ime, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
