Dear Mr. Paul,
At the meeting held Monday, January 27, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning
Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petition filed by
you on behalf of Glendale Partners, LLC:
APPROVED: Docket No. V-207-02, a petition to vary Section 23C.10.02(2) of the US
421/IV1ichigan Road Overlay Zone requirements in order to forego installation of foundation
plantings along the east side of the building. The Board voted four (4) in favor, one (1) opposed,
thereby approving the petition.
Please be advised that per Section 3 0.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the
aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that
time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request
for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval
granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Tuesday, January 27,2004.
