Dear Mr. Erickson,
At the meeting held Monday, February 24, 2003, the Cannel/Clay Advisory Board of
Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petitions
filed by you on behalf of King of Glory Lutheran Church:
APPROVED: Docket No. V-20S-02, a petition to vary Section 25.07.01-02: Definitions in
order to establish a 3.75-square-foot traffic directional sign. The Board voted four (4) in favor,
zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V-209-OZ, a petition to vary Section 25.07.02-5(b)(i) in order to
establish two (2) institutional ground signs on site. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0)
opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V-210-OZ, a petition to vary Section 25.07.02-5(d~ in order to establish
a six-foot (6') institutional ground sign at the southwest comer of East 10611 Street and Keystone
Avenue. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V-211-02, a petition to vary Section 25.07.02-5(e) in order to establish
an existing institutional ground sign with a zero-foot (0') setback off East l06th Street. The
Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.

Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the
signs approved purs"Ltant to the aforementioned Development Standards V ~riances must be
established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approvals is Tuesday, January 27,
2004.
*When applying for the Sign Permits for these structures, please include a copy of
this letter ,,,itb your appiication materials in order to assist tbe Department's review.
