Smeltzer Bose McKinney & Evans 600 East 96th Street, Suite 500 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: Hamilton Crossing West, Building 6, at 13085 Hamilton Crossing Boulevard Development Standards Variances (V-215-02 through V-217-02) Via US Mail &fax (317/574-3716) Dear Mr. Smeltzer, At the meeting held Monday, January 27, 2003, the Cannel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petitions filed by you on behalf of Duke Realty LP: APPROVED: Docket No. V-215-02, a petition to vary Section 23B.08.01(c) in order to set the principal building 545' from the U.S. 31 build-to line. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-216-02, a petition to vary Section 23B.12(A) in order to establish parking forward of the principal building. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-217-02, a petition to vary Section 25.01.02(B)(3)(a) in order to establish an accessory building (parking garage) forward of the principal building along the Meridian Corners Boulevard frontage. V-215-02 through V-217-02 o o *When applying for Improvement Location Permits for this site, you will need to submit a'set of Construction .Plans to the Division of Planning & Zoning for confirmation review. Improvement Location Permits will riot be issued until the Division of Planning & Zoning has certified that the plans conform to the Board of Zoning Appeals approvals. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
