Nelson Nelson & Frankenberger 3021 East 98th Street, Suite 220 Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: Northview Christian Life Church at 5535 East 13Ist Street Special Use Amendment and Development Standards Variance (SUA-2I8-02; V-219-02) Via US Mail &f(L'( (317/846-8782) Dear Mr. Nelson, At the meeting held Monday, January 27,2003, the CarmeVClay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Special Use Amendment and Development Standards Variance petitions filed by you on behalf of Northview Christian Life Church: APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. SUA-218-02, a petition under Section 5.02: Special Uses in order to construct additions to the existing church a....id erect a new youth center. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following Conditions of Approval: 1. That all Technical Advisory Committee issues be resolved satisfactorily prior to the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit. APPROVED: Docket No. V-219-02, a petition to vary Section 5.04.01 in order to construct a 40' 6" addition to the existing church structure. SUA-218-02; V-219-02 o o Please be advised that per Section 21.02,07: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of site improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six- month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.. The expiration date of this approval is Tuesday, January 27,2004. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) yeaL By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a writteIl request for a one.,time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date ofthis approval is Tuesday, January 27,2004. *Wben applying for Improvement Location Permits for this site, you will need to submit a set of Construction Plans to the Division of Planning & Zoning for confirmation review.- Improvement Location Permits will not be issued until the Division of Planning & Zoning has certified that the plans conform to the Board of Zoning Appeals approvals.
