EXPLANATION OF SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT
The Applicant, Northview Christian Life Church is requesting an Amendment to the
Special Use permitting the expansion of it's existing religious educational facilities by the
following per the plans tiled with the Department of Community Development. Addition of a
children's wing to the existing church; Enlargement of the Northex, including a library, research,
refreshment area, and entrance canopy; a youth building; and a maintenance building.
