Statement of Development Standards Variance
We request a development standards variance for 416 West Main St., Cannel, pertaining
to 2.13.B of Carmel Zoning Ordinance. We would like to expand our business into our
garage to allow more business space.
Statement of Support
We support the objectives of the city of Cannel by bringing our business to the Carmel
Arts District. Utilization of the garage space will allow office space for additional
personnel to enhance service to our customers.
We hope to encourage interest in Carmel's commercial expansion by marketing Achieva,
Inc. to include emphasis on close proximity to Carmel Arts District, local shopping and
restaurants, as well as the Monon Trail.
In summary, this development standards variance is consistent with the District's goals of
