Reminder: An Executive Session of the Carmel Plan Commission Executive Committee will be
held on Wednesday, July 2, at 6 PM, in the Caucus Rooms, 2nd Floor, Carmel City Hall.
The Special Studies Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 08060004 ADLS Amend: Clay Terrace Pole Banners - Signage
The applicant seeks approval for a new ground sign. The site is located at 14390 Clay Terrace Blvd.
and is zoned PUD. Filed by Cathy Fisher of Simon Property Group.
2. Docket No. 08060012 ADLS Amend: Phillips 66 - Signage
The applicant seeks approval for a new ground sign and other minor exterior changes. The site is
