Dear Members:
The Carmel Plan Commission offers you the following report on the application (Docket No. 0611 0012
PUD/06110013 ADLS) of Uptown Pminers, LLC., petitioning the Commission for a favorable
recommendation to rezone 2.59 acres located at 740-760 and 780 1st Avenue NW and 121,131, and 135 81h
A venue NW, [TOm R-2/Residential to PUD/Planned Unit Development to provide for single-family
residential development.
The Carmel Plan Commission's recommendation on the petition of the applicant is "NO
RECOMMENDA TION."
At its regularly scheduled meeting on March 20,2007, the Carmel Plan Commission voted nine (9) In Favor,
zero (0) Opposed, to forward to the Common Council the proposed Ordinance No. Z-503-07 with No
Recommendation.
Please be advised that by virtue of the Plan Commission's Favorable Recommendation, pursuant to IC 36-7-
4-608(f)(4), the Council has ninety (90) days to act on this petition before it becomes effective as Certified
by the Commission. Ninety days from the date of this Certification (March 27, 2007) is Sunday, June 24,
2007.
