NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
CARMEL/CLA Y PLAN COMMISSION
Docket Nos. 02-03 DP/ADLS and 03-03 CA
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission on February 18, 2003 at
7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping, and
Signage Applications by Unique - The Specialty Group, Inc. ("Applicant") to develop an office
building on 2.5 acres located one property south of 1061h Street on the east side of Commerce
Drive in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. The Applicant also seeks approval of a
Commitment Amendment Application to reduce the minimum tract size from 3 acres to 2.5 acres
and to red lice them; n i mum rear yard setback from 60 feet to 50 feet.
The real estate affected by said appl ication is described in the attached legal description and has a
common address of 10485 Commerce Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The Applications are identified as Docket Nos. 02-03 DPlADLS and 03-03 CA, respectively.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in wribng
or verbally, will be given an oppOltunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
Interested persons may also file written comments prior to the meeting. The hearing may be
continued iI-om time to Lime as may be found necessary. The petitions and plans may be viewed
