Project Description
Old MeridIan Professional Building is proposed to be built at the
Southwest corner of Old Meridian Street and Pennsylvania Street.
Under existIng condItions the site consists of grass and a few
trees.
The 2.436 + acre site will be developed for the purpose of
constructing a Professional Use Building, associated parking lot and
landscape areas. The development involves the construction of the
following site utilities: Sanitary Sewer, Water Connection, Electric, Gas,
Telephone and Cable Lines.
The site is zoned 86 - U.S. 31 Overlay Zone.
Included in this submission are photographs of the existing site
and a full complement of drawings and a rendering that depicts
intentions.
