Re: Old Meridian Professional Building Docket No. 05-03 DP/ADLS
Dear Mr. Wheeler:
At the meeting held JWle 17, 2003 the Carmel Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the
Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting and Signage, (DP/ ADLS) for the property located at the southwest
corner of Old Meridian Street and Pennsylvania Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05-03 DP/ADLS request to approve DPfADLS with the following conditions;

I, The dedication of additional right-of-way per the Thoroughfare Plan and at the area of the round about
per plans on file with the Carmel Engineering Department.
2. Final drainage approval by Carmel Engineering.
3. Light fixtures that have flat as opposed to angled lens.
4. Removal of the existing pole sign from the property prior to the issuance of a building pennit.
The Plan Commission voted eleven (11) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
