It is also intended to identify areas where additional measures may be required to control erosion and sedimentation. All practices recommended in this report should be evaluated as to their feasibility by a qualified individual with structural practices designed by a qualtfied engineer. All erosion and sediment control measures shall meet the design criteria, standards, and specifications outlined in the "Indiana Handbookfor Erosion Control in Developing Areas" or similar guidance documents, Current Site Information: Site development foD" this section has been completed. One house is being built. Disturbed areas to the north and south of this section have not been temporarily or permanently stabilized. Install an appropriate sediment control practice between construction areas and lower lying areas. I Replace/Repair silt fence and/or straw bale barriers. I Entrench silt fence (6-8 in.) and/or straw bale barriers (4 -6 in.) and stake straw bales. I Remove accumulated sediment from: I sediment traps/basins, X behind silt fence/straw bales, around storm drain inlet protection devices, I X streets and gutters (Do not flush with water) The alley needs to be cleaned. Because these inlets are in the middle of the I driving surface, inlet protection that fits in the catch basin is needed. Surface protection will not work. Sedimenttracked into the street shall be removed (do not flush with water) at the end of each work day. A new home is under construction. Add dimensions and bearings to Plat (turn the layer back on). 3. Have Mylar signed by property owner and surveyor (with R.L.S. seal) prior to signature by director. Does the existing pond in Block C meet the sediment basin storage requirements for the disturbed area? 4E. Silt fence at Stmcture 662 is not adequate. A rock donut would be appropriate. 4 I.
