It is outlined on the aerial photograph. By way of general background, Plum Creek Partners has also requested a change in the zoning classification ofthe 11 acres. In this regard, on May 20, 2003, the Plan Commission, on the supported recommendation of the Subdivision Committee, rendered its unanimous favorable recommendation on the proposed POO Ordinance. Plum Creek is now proceeding to the City Council with respect to the proposed POO Ordinance. Simultaneously, Plum Creek is submitting this request for primary plat approval from the Plan Commission. To this end, the following are enclosed, all of which correspond to drawings previously reviewed by the Plan Commission and the Subdivision Committee in connection with the request for the change in zoning classification: Exhibit 2.
